- A retrospective analysis of West Bank data from 2014 to 2024 records 69,312 Palestinian casualties meeting the study criteria — 1,092 deaths and 68,220 injuries — of which 99.9% occurred in the West Bank.
- The same West Bank analysis records 4,118 Israeli casualties meeting its criteria — 198 deaths and 3,920 injuries — of which 39.5% occurred in the West Bank and 60.5% in Israel.
- The International Court of Justice, by eleven votes to four, is of the opinion that the State of Israel's continued presence in the Occupied Palestinian Territory is unlawful.
- In a single situation report of 1 November 2023, WHO reports both tolls with their sources named: the Gaza figures attributed to the Palestinian Ministry of Health, and approximately 1,400 Israelis and foreign nationals killed, about 5,400 injured and 240 held hostage, attributed to the Israeli authorities.
